World Cup debutants Cape Verde continued their dream run by securing a dramatic 2-2 draw against South American powerhouse Uruguay at Miami's Hard Rock Stadium. Following their shocking opening stalemate with Spain, the Blue Sharks proved once again they belong on football’s biggest stage.

Cape Verde stunned the stadium in the 21st minute when Kevin Pina drilled an extraordinary 32-meter free kick past veteran goalkeeper Fernando Muslera, marking the nation's first-ever World Cup goal.
