Newcastle Agree €50m Deal for Ivorian Winger Bazoumana Touré

Newcastle United have agreed a €50 million (£42.5m) package deal to sign Hammarby’s highly-rated Ivorian winger Bazoumana Touré. The 20-year-old sensation has been given permission to travel to Tyneside to undergo a medical and finalize personal terms on a five-year contract.
The package includes a guaranteed upfront fee with add-ons, alongside a crucial 10% sell-on clause for the Swedish club. Touré has enjoyed a breakout season in the Allsvenskan, netting nine goals and providing several assists, which quickly triggered a fierce bidding war among Europe’s elite clubs.
Newcastle manager Eddie Howe identified the explosive winger as a priority target to inject dynamic pace and creativity into the Magpies' frontline. Capable of playing on either flank, Touré’s direct dribbling and clinical finishing are seen as perfect fits for the high-intensity demands of the Premier League.
The landmark transfer signals Newcastle's intent to invest heavily in elite young talent. If the medical is completed successfully, Touré will become Newcastle’s first marquee signing of the summer window, with official club verification expected within the next 48 hours.
