Ferran Torres’ Move to PSG Seen as Imminent

Ferran Torres is on the verge of completing a transfer from Barcelona to Paris Saint-Germain, with all parties describing the deal as a matter of short time, according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.
The 26-year-old Spain international has agreed personal terms with the French champions and informed Barcelona of his desire to leave. Talks between the clubs are at an advanced stage, focused on finalizing the transfer fee and payment structure. PSG have submitted a bid reported in the region of a €50 million package, a figure Barcelona are prepared to accept given Torres has only one year remaining on his contract.
The move would reunite Torres with Luis Enrique, his former Spain national team coach, who is keen to add the versatile forward to his squad following recent departures in attack. Torres scored the winning goal in Spain’s 2026 World Cup final triumph and contributed 21 goals across all competitions for Barcelona last season.
Barcelona will not stand in the player’s way once an agreement is reached. Negotiations are expected to continue in the coming days, with both clubs aiming to conclude the deal swiftly before Torres returns to pre-season training. If completed, the transfer would mark a significant summer departure for the Catalan club.
